To update RDNS, login to the clients portal.
Select your server.
Select Manage Server
From there you have various options including RDNS management.
Select the IP you wish to edit and enter your new RDNS entry.
Once entered, save the new setting.
The RDNS update is instant but please allow 24 hours for DNS to propergate.
