The problem
Spammers use servers to send mass email which usually ends up in the servers IP being blacklisted. The spammer will then change to a new server with a new IP and repeat the process.
In order to mitigate this issue and protect our genuine customers, port 25 is blocked by default.
How do i send email on Port 25?
Please raise a ticket and provide justification with estimated amounts of emails that you will be sending, this will be reviewed and subject to approval, the IPs will be allowed access on port 25.
We monitor the usage and if any blacklisting of IPs is reported to us, the server will be immediately suspended.
